System Detail

On this page you can view and update details about a refrigerant system. You are navigated to this page when you select a system on the Refrigerant Systems Status or Site System pages or when you click Add system on those pages.

You can configure the following:

System Details

• System name

• System ID code - the unique identifier for this system

• Description

• Serial number

• Model number

• Model year

• ERM active date - the date the refrigerant system became active in your installation of Verisae

• Category - the asset category for the refrigerant system

• Subcategory - the asset sub-category for the refrigerant system

• EPA category - the category of the refrigerant system for Environmental Protection Agency compliance standards

• Certification type - the required certification needed to service the system

• Full charge - the amount of refrigerant at which the system is at full charge

• Refrig type - the type of refrigerant used by the system

• Refrigerant unit of measure - the unit of measure for the refrigerant the system uses

• Charge determination method - determines how the refrigerant system is charged (measurement, calculation, and so on)

• Purchased charge - the original purchased refrigerant charge configuration for the system

• System status - the current status of the system (normal, provisional, under repair, and so on)

ALD Details

• Automatic leak detection - determines whether ALD is turned on for the system

• ALD manufacturer

• Automatic leak model number

• Automatic leak serial number

• Last calibration date - date the ALD was last calibrated to ideal capacity

• Self calibrating - determines whether ALD automatically calibrates

Additional Details

• Installation date - the date the system was installed at its site

• Location - the physical location of the system

• Structure location - determines whether the system is indoor, outdoor, or partially both

• Tonnage - the system size cooling capacity

• Hermetically sealed - determines whether the system is hermetically sealed or not

• System type - the type of refrigerant system in reference to temperature holding (high temp, low temp, medium temp, and so on)

• System configuration - determines the kind of refrigerant system (air conditioner, dehumidification, freezer, and so on)

• Shutdown date - the date the system was or will be shut down
